A superb piece of magical gear that allows the wearer to measure the sum of their opponent's magical, physical, and mental prowess, giving their power levels a numerical value. Hawk, companion of Meliodas and friends, often wears this in order to get a read on the group's opponents.
Attributes: AGI Up, Initial Jewels Up, Hit Rate Up, DEX Up, Enables Master Ability "Hawk Support" when equipped on The Seven Deadly Sins collab units or Lil' Ouroboros if her job type is "Continental Observer" (Recovers own Jewels & raises AGI for three turns)
