"Clear exclusively with Rod (Gear Type) units" Quest Mission for Mystic Tower Veda Floor 103
There is currently an issue with Mystic Tower Veda's Floor 103. The "Clear exclusively with Rod (Gear Type) units" quest mission can't be cleared even with units equipping Rod gears only.
We're aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix for it to be applied in future updates.

Templar Festival Coin Exchange Shop Duration [EXTENDED]
The duration of the Templar Festival Coin Exchange Shop is supposed to end on May 13, 11:59 PM (World Time) as initially displayed in the game.
Please be advised that its duration will be EXTENDED by one week so players can have more time to finish spending the Coins.
EXTENDED DURATION: Until May 20, 11:59 PM (World Time)
NOTE: The Templar Festival Coins will not be exchangeable after the extended shop period ends.

■ "Smile in the Dust Cloud" - "Reduce Jewel spent by 15%"
There had been an issue with the said memento and the skill was not working as intended on April 30. The announcement made was correct and the intended effect was: "Reduce Jewel spent by 15%".
This has been fixed on May 7 and is now working as intended. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
