Greetings Alchemists,
Please take note of the following known issues after today's update:
- Fung Liu Multiplay Banner
It displays as a blank white banner.
- Dark Phantom Event (Part 2)
There are multiple parts of the event that display Japanese characters.
These issues will be fixed on a later update.
- Character Skins
Natalie and Izayoi's Character Skins currently cannot be equipped. We are now working to fix this.
- Android 10 Issue
Please download the latest build from the Play Store to resolve the issue. We will be sending out compensation to affected players within 14 days. For affected players who purchased Alchemist Pact, we will also reimburse within 14 days.

Unrelenting Gloom Missing Title (Normal Mode)
There is some issue for players who cleared the quest between Nov 14 – Nov 21 but did not receive the Title. We will send the title to affected players within 7 days.
- 2nd Anniversary Login Bonus (Week 2) Issue
We are aware that some players have issues with the week 2 login bonus where day 1 was only received on day 2. We will send the last day reward to affected players within 7 days.
Updates - Anniversary Letters Event
The Special Title will be sent out within 7 days. - "Wonder Chronos" Gear compatibility issue for Zheng Yi - FIXED
After this update, the following units can now also use "Wonder Chronos" - Siegfried, Shion, Asuka, Zheng Yi.
- Dark Phantom Event Summon Gift Message
The message text was not displaying properly and is now FIXED.

For iOS users who are unable to log in, please download the latest build from the App Store. We're aware that there are other issues for some iOS players after this update. Rest assured that the team is looking into a fix.
Android 10 issue: We're still working on this and we'll have an update on Nov 28. Sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
• [FIXED] "Lord Commander Decoration" gear is only intended to be equipped by Light Units from Envylia and isn't intended for Zheng Yi's "Noble Scion" Job
• [FIXED] Dark Zain was unable to equip the "Excalibur" Gear

Known Issues - Nov 21
- Summon Coin Early Conversion
Summon Coins have been unintentionally converted ahead of the scheduled time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The team is currently looking into this issue.
- Mission “Go” button will bring players to the Events screen instead of the intended Genesis Event screen. This will be fixed in the next update.
- Events Bulletin Board Gem Milestones display negative numbers after players have spent gems exceeding the final step. This will also be fixed in a future update.
- Dark Zain is unable to equip the gear “Excalibur”, which will be fixed in a future update.
- Dark Phantom Event Summon Text
Random Soul Shard (Dark Phantom Units) also contains other units along with Dark Phantom units. The in-game description will be improved in the next update. - We have hidden Edgar's unreleased Job 3. His Job 3 will be available in the future!
- Zhengyi was unintentionally able to use Lord Commander Medal's Master Ability: "Determined Vigor". This is now fixed.
- The minimum device specificaion for iOS are now as follows:
- iOS 11
- 2GB RAM

Unrelenting Gloom Player Title
We have fixed the display issue for the Unrelenting Gloom Player Title for players who have obtained it before the November 14 update.
However, players who have cleared the quest after November 14 may still experience issues acquiring the Unrelenting Gloom Player Title. This will be fixed on our Nov 21 update and will require players to rerun the event to obtain the title.
In line with this, we will be extending the Unrelenting Gloom event until Nov 27, 23:59PM (World Time). We will also send out the following compensation to all players within 24 hours after the issue is fixed.

Attention Alchemists!
Please kindly take note of the following Known Issues for Version 5.0:
- Multiple/Mass Buffs
These buffs incorrectly show a text that it only affected a single unit although the effect is properly affecting all the target units. This will be fixed on a later update.
- Milestones
Milestone Completion Notifications appear twice for each Milestone. This will also be fixed on a later update.
- Memory Access
If players do not have a Memory Access, tapping on the reset button will not trigger a message informing that you do not have the item.
- Trials
The user interface will be non-interactable for some affected players when unlocking Trials for the first time. Kindly restart the game to resolve this issue.
- Other Notes
■ Players will experience unit level decrement for units between Level 91 to 95.
■ Unit Level Requirement has been increased and we will send the following items for this update:
2nd Anniversary Celebration Apple x90
■ Some devices with Android 10 may encounter an issue loading the game and we are now looking into this.
- Trick or Flower
There is a text issue for the Memento name in the EX Stage Quest Details which will be fixed on a later update.
CORRECT: "Decompressing at Day's End"
In addition, the EX stage was not increasing the Alchemic Boundary for the Event Memento "Decompressing at Day's End".
This has been fixed and now working correctly. - Some players might encounter a white display issue from the following:
• Mobius Tower
• Memento UI
Please be also advised that some players are unable to view some Event Milestones due to a display issue.
The Event Milestone list can only display a limited number of Event Milestones. Those that are supposedly displayed at the bottom of the list cannot be viewed due to several uncleared Event Milestones.
We kindly suggest to finish some Event Milestones at the top of the list for the latest ones to appear.
