Attention Alchemists!
To all players who were affected with Itsuki & Creto Character Story Issue, you can replay the Character Story quests to gain the Master Ability.
Furthermore, we will be giving Alchemy Droplets x1 to those whose progress has been reset.

Please be advised of the following updates to Known Issues:
■ [FIXED] Chapter 3 Ep.2 [2-6]
Players were getting stuck on the loading screen of Chapter 3 Ep.2 [2-6] (Grudge vs Belief).
■ [FIXED] Eve's Valentine Skin
There was a visual issue with Eve’s Valentine Skin 3D model which displays incorrectly in the unit screen.
■ Clarification for April 24 Notice
The cutscenes were temporarily removed from Main Story Chapter 5: Episode 5 - Act 3. Both the cutscence and missing milestones will be added back as we apply the final fix on a future update. We apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this may have caused.

Dear Alchemists,
Please take note that we are now looking into these known issues:
■ There is a visual issue with Eve’s Valentine Skin 3D model which displays incorrectly in the unit screen.
■ There are some text issues with Siegfried’s skill description. Below are the correct text.
Correct Text:
Cataclysm
Move to target enemy and 5-Hit Light Slash ATK (Strong vs Dark) with chance of critical & Disable Heal for 3 turns. [Range: 5, Height Range: 3]
■ Character Story Issue
Players who did not attempt the Character Story quest before the update last April 22 (World time) are unable to clear the quest. They will encounter an ‘Invalid party setup’ error upon attempting to enter the Character Story quest.
■ Shenmei Job Icon Issue
Shenmei's job enchant can be seen in unit screen, this is not intended and will be fixed in a later upadate
Moving forward, please be advised that the following known issues have been fixed!
■ [FIXED] Some of the Wratharis Memento Leader Skills was missing:
- I'll Protect You!
- Growing Kinship
- Unfulfilled Dark Ambition
- Roses Bloom Red
- Thousand-Nights Poppy
- Potential as Great as the Sea
- Poppies Swaying in the Breeze
■ [FIXED] Rod Enlightenment Skills Issue
There was an issue with Rod enlightened skills.
■ [FIXED] Character Story Issue
There was an issue with Itsuki and Creto's Character Story in which their Master Ability didn't unlock after clearing the quests. Players who finished their Character Story will have to re-do it after the fix.
■ [FIXED] Some milestones were missing in Main Story Chapter 5: Episode 5 - Act 3. For the meantime, cutscenes are temporarily removed from Main Story Chapter 5: Episode 5 - Act 3 and will be added back in a future update.
■ [FIXED] The height range of Morrigan’s Scorching Strike skill in battle was functioning differently from the skill description.

[April 23 Updates]
1. Transformed Unit Master Abilities
Issue: Units can use active Master Abilities in their transformed state
Intended: Units should not be able to use active master abilities in transformed state
We have fixed this issue as well as the multiple master abilities UI display issue.
2. Connection Issue
We are aware that some intermittent connection issues for some players. As a temporary workaround, you could try alternative connections which have worked for some players.
3. Mobius Tower
We are aware that some players are encountering issues with the x2 speed up and we are looking into it.

Currently there is an issue with Daisy's Gate of Wrath Enlightenment. "Mech Gear - Fire Wheel" Skill is not enhanced properly. We are currently investigating this issue.

- Vision Clear Quest Issue - [FIXED]
The Vision Clear Quest for Wratharis mementos was not boosting the Alchemia Boundary of Kevin's memento: "Bouquet of Gratitude". In relation to this, the following mementos will be featured for 1 day on April 9:
- Bouquet of Gratitude
- On Passion We Soar
- Torchlight Through a Looking Glass
- The New Continental Justice
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience these have caused. As compensation, we will be sending the following items to all players within 24 hours:

Please be advised that the current Vision Clear Quest will end one day earlier.
Previous/Original Duration: March 26, 12:00 AM - April 1, 11:59 PM (World Time)
Instead, the current Vision Clear Quest will end on March 31, 11:59 PM (World Time)
However, the affected Mementos will be featured on a separate Vision Clear Quest for 1 day on April 9th. Stay tuned for updates regarding this event.
