We are aware that players are currently unable to enhance Gears by tapping the gear enhancement materials. As a temporary workaround, kindly use the "Enhance [Bulk]" option to enhance Gears as we look into fixing this issue.

- Sparkler Exchange Shop Issue
After the Jan 9 update, there were unintended items lined up and some were missing from the shop.
We will be adding the missing items after the Jan 16 update and we will not remove any of the items from the current shop.
In addition to the Jan 16 update, we will be sending Sparkler x750 to all players.

- Eira Gem Milestone Board Reset Issue
We have previously sent out compensation for a batch of players who have spent during the affected period [Dec 26-27] before the new board was released and did not manage to claim the rewards.
We are aware that some players haven't received the full amount of their deserved number of shards for this issue.
Please be assured that we are working on this to make sure no one's left out and we will send out any remaining rewards within 14 days.
- Mystic Tower Veda Issue
We have fixed the Mystic Tower Veda for another batch of affected players.
