Known Issues - Updated Oct 14


[UPDATE] There are currently some known issues for PvP.

  • When a player gets paired with another player who have not downloaded the new map data, they may be stuck in the “Finding Match” screen.

    To help prevent this issue, we highly encourage all players to click "Ok" when prompted to download the new data for PvP.

    If you get prompted to download, closing the app without downloading will count as a loss.

  • For players who get stuck in loading, you may try to check and re-setup your unit placement.

    If you encounter any other issues on PvP, please send us a ticket with details at <a href="https://alchemistww.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new "> https://alchemistww.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new</a> so we can look into it further.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that the intermittent server issues last Oct 12 have caused. As compensation, we will be sending out the following to all players within 24hrs:
    Alchemy Drops x5
    Enlightenment Material 10-Summon Ticket x1

    • 10M Login / Campaign Issue
      Sinful Indulgence x1
      10M Special Token x1

    • PvP Issue
      PvP Coin x300

    • [1/Day] Celebration Quest was missing from the Event Quests
      We will be extending the [1/Day] Celebration Quest for one day [until October 20, 23:59 PM (World Time)]

      Known Issues - Updated Oct 12


      The server is having intermittent issues. There have been several issues currently occurring:
      • [1/Day] Celebration Quest is currently missing from the Event Quests
      • Some Hard Quests doesn't drop 2x
      • Some players can't claim the 10M Token
      • Some players aren't receiving the Login Bonus reward
      • Enlightenment Materials doesn't drop 2x


      We're currently looking into these issues. We sincerely apologize for these inconveniences and thank you for your patience and continued support.








      Known Issues - Updated Oct 11


      • Mystic Tower Veda Issue
        We have fixed the Mystic Tower Veda for another batch of affected players. If you are still encountering issues, we highly recommend to contact our Support Team at <a href="https://alchemistww.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new"> https://alchemistww.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new</a> so we can fix it individually.

        In addition, we have sent out 10,000 Veda Coins to players who were unable to reset the tower from Sep 26 - Oct 9.       • PvP Matchmaking Issue
        Greetings Alchemists, there's currently an issue with the PvP matchmaking for some players. We are aware of the situation and currently looking into this.

      • Known Issues - Updated Oct 10


        • [Fixed] Setsuna 3D model Issue
          Setsuna 3D model skin was not changing when switched to other jobs.

        • [Fixed] Chapter 5-1-1
          Cutscenes were in English for other languages.

        • [Fixed] Enlightenment Issue
          Stats issue for the Enlightenment gates of "Gluttony" & "Wrath" and some stats were not applied as intended.
          Affected units:
          Setsuna / Zain / Logi / Dias / Lambert

        • [Fixed] Zheng Yi's Job Equipment Stats Issue
          Noble Regalia stats have been fixed!
          Light → Light Res

          Please note that the Stop Res stat are intended and the value in the description will be fixed on a later update.

        • 10M Event Board Selector Issue
          We have sent out a batch of the 10M Event Board Selector to affected players who completed the event board. We will continue to send out to other affected players in future batches.

          Known Issues - Updated Oct 4

          • "Gluttony" and "Wrath" Stats
            There's currently some stats issue on the Enlightenment gates of "Gluttony" and "Wrath" and some stats are not applied as intended for the following units:

            Setsuna / Zain / Logi / Dias / Lambert

            We'll fix this in the next update. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.




          • Known Issues - Updated Oct 3


            Please be advised of the following Known Issues update for October 3, 2019:


            • [10M Downloads!] Final Reward - Part 3 -
              ・Reward: 25-Elemental Soul Shard Selector
              ・Selector is credited into inventory and thus, unusable.
              ・We will send out the correct reward to affected users in different batches.

            • Unlocking Game Mode
              Some players may get stuck in the game when unlocking different game modes (e.g. Trials and Mystic Tower Veda) for the first time. Kindly restart the game to proceed to the newly unlocked game mode.

            • Chapter 5-1-1
              Cutscenes are in English for other languages and will be fixed in the next update.

            • Unable to Level Up Gear
              We have fixed the gears of affected players who were unable to level up certain gears to max.
