We are aware that there was an issue with the Season Pass Milestone missions progress stopping at 49 or below. This issue is now fixed!

Please take note of the following updates to known issues:
- Season Pass Milestone Missions and Rewards Issue
[FIXED] Unable to use 25-Elemental Shard Selector obtained from Premium Pass
[FIXED] Unable to claim some rewards from Season Milestone levels
[FIXED] Game crash when claiming various Season Points
- Season Milestone Daily Missions Reset
Some players have encountered an unintended earlier reset of Season Milestone daily missions. This has been fixed and the appropriate reset time will start February 8, 12:00 AM (World Time / PST) onward. - Premium Pass Level 6 Reward French Translation
The Premium Pass Level 6 Reward for French users is currently displaying an incorrect item.
CORRECT: [Season Pass] 5★ Unit Summon Ticket x1
We are working on addressing this issue. - Premium Pass Level 18 Reward
There's currently a display issue that shows an incorrect item quantity for the Premium Pass Level 18 reward. This will be fixed in the next update.
CORRECT: Gems x1000
Please also be advised that clearing the following quests do not count for Season Points:
- Vision Clear Quests
- Event Soul Shards
- Unit Trial Quests
- Multiplay Quests

Maintenance has ended! Please claim the following compensation for the maintenance extension:

- Beginner Milestones
[FIXED] There was an issue where the Beginner Milestone Missions cannot be completed. We have now fixed this issue and will be sending the appropriate rewards to affected players within 14 days.

We are aware that some affected players experienced unintended early conversion of Summon Coins. We are looking into this and are working to determine the affected players. New updates regarding this issue will be announced at our official channels as soon as they are available. - Emma Valentine Skin Set
This skin set is showing an incorrect icon in the Secret Shop while its contents are correct. We will be fixing this issue soon.
